We had such a wonderful Christmas. My parents were able to visit which made it extra special for all of us. Here are a few highlights from the past few days.
On Christmas Eve, we visited with the Texarkana Carozzas' via laptop. We read the Christmas Story while Mallorie and Cassie placed the people in the manger. Carly and Carson put their people in their manger too. It was a sweet moment. 
The girls enjoyed decorating a cake and singing for our "Happy Birthday Jesus" party.
We were so blessed to have Nana and Poppy come to VA for Christmas.

Nana gave the girls some cute light-up Christmas socks.....they wore them practically everyday that Nana and Poppy were visiting and resisted when they were asked to take them off!!!!

At a nearby outdoor shopping center (City Center), we all got to ride in a horse drawn carriage. Mallorie loved EVERY minute of it and since then has not quite asking when she can start taking horse-back riding lessons.
We spent Christmas Eve in Williamsburg at the lighting of the colonial Christmas tree. Everyone stood around it as we sang carols by candlelight. It sent chills up and down my spine. It was a beautiful moment filled with God's love and peace.
